In general, as women, we’re very talented at focusing our attention and energy on others. That can be very effective and help build stronger connections, but if it’s simply automatic, it doesn’t always work in our favor. Paradoxically, the way to achieve more sustainable results and connect with others starts by looking within. That means:

Women’s Development Boutique was founded with the goal of creating more effective leaders. We believe that it starts with inclusivity. But our approach to inclusivity comes from the unique insight that all of us contain masculine and feminine energy, regardless of which gender we most closely identify with.
Our vision is to help female executives and entrepreneurs restore and honor their feminine energy, creating a more effective and fulfilling approach to leadership. We help leaders to embrace “conflicting” qualities like strength and vulnerability, decisiveness and compromise, allowing them to flourish, grow and gain a completely new perspective on their situation.

Discovering your authentic self takes time, but we’re here every step of the way. We offer the expertise and guidance you need to discover who you are, what you want, and how to achieve it, while staying true to your values.
We provide a variety of solutions to match your availability and needs. You can get to know us (and yourself!) with a short masterclass or dive deep with a leadership programme. Then join our peer circles or events to maintain your progress and build meaningful connections with other participants.
Regardless of where you’re at in your process, the Women’s Development Boutique serves as a gathering place for female executives and entrepreneurs -- giving you a space to relax, recharge, and leave with a new perspective.
Our programs
Personal leadership program
Reset and gain valuable insights with this intensive small-group program. Over the course of 10 months, you’ll discover how to think and act based on your authentic self -- at work, at home and beyond. You’ll learn how to get better results, more satisfying relationships and greater happiness with less effort. Each program is open to a maximum of eight participants.
Peer circles
Reinforce your progress and experience the magic that happens when you connect with like-minded women! Explore your own path in more depth while learning from each other, and discover how much we all have in common. Peer circles are the ideal follow-up to the personal leadership program, consisting of 4 half-day sessions spread out over the course of a year.
Masterclasses
These inspiring, in-depth sessions help you gain a new understanding of specific topics and methodologies related to personal development and leadership. Different viewpoints and various experts help you quickly develop the skills and mindset you need to shift your perspective. Join us as we unite theory and practice to help you become who you are!
Personal coaching
Ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery? Personal coaching is all about you and your specific needs. Get the guidance and insights you need to work through your unique challenges, at your pace. These one-on-one sessions can serve as the first step in your process, but can also be used to reinforce or maintain what you’ve learned in our other programs.
Boutique events
Meet other members of our growing network in a casual setting with food, drinks and personal stories. At every event, you’ll have the chance to hear a guest speaker, learn more about a specific topic, and reflect on your own experience in smaller groups. Boutique events are organized a few times a year, and each one takes place in a different location
